Eat: Pick & Prep with Chef Ranada West-Riley, The Apiary

On July 11, the Apiary hosts Pick & Prep: More Ways with Green Tomatoes, featuring Chef Ranada West-Riley. The Lexington Diner and Creative Table's Chef Ranada will workshop fresh ways (other than just frying) to transform end-of-harvest green tomatoes into tasty dishes. All ticket purchases benefit Seedleaf.

Art in Bloom Weekend includes Gala at Apiary on 218 Jefferson Street at 7 pm on Saturday, May 21. This year’s Gala honors famous Lexingtonians Jon Carloftis and Dale Fisher, known throughout the Bluegrass and beyond for their fine gardens. The event also supports the UK Art Museum.
