The 2016 Savory Cycle will begin at Holy Hill Inn in Midway, Ky. at 9 a.m. on Sunday, September 25, 2016.
“Kentucky and specifically the central Kentucky Bluegrass Region are littered with various organized bicycle rides. Our goal is to create an experience where you enjoy the freedom of the bicycle, the beauty of the bluegrass, and the bounty of our farmers; all while witnessing the skills and knowledge of some of Kentucky’s most talented chefs.
There are two rides, ranging from 25 miles and 65 miles (the edible metric century, 100 km). Have a friend that doesn’t want to ride? Worry not: there is a dinner-only ticket option for the finale, which will feature music, dinner, and good times.”
