Taking inspiration from Bruce Mau’s words and her own collaborative projects with other artists, Mary Rezny created Collaborate: a creative visual potential,” an exhibition of works by eight visual artists working in different mediums. Using painting, photography, fiber art, drawing and sculpture, the artists worked in pairs.

A discussion of the exhibit will be ed by Mary Rezny and “Collaborate” artists.
The works are on display at MS Rezny Gallery (903 Manchester Street) through October 20, 2012.Mary Rezny is a photo-mixed media artist, based in Lexington KY since 1976.
Her studio/gallery is in the Distillery District. Mary is a Kentucky Foundation for Women grant recipient and exhibits her art regionally in galleries and juried exhibitions. Her work is represented in the permanent collection of The Art Museum of the University of Kentucky and the Lucille Caudill Little Fine Art Library, University of Kentucky, as well as several public art projects in Lexington.
