At 7:30 pm on March 1 at the Singletary Center for the Arts, Lexington Philharmonic welcomes two-time Grammy-winning ensemble eighth blackbird for the next in the Classics Series, Beethoven + eighth blackbird. eighth blackbird will take the stage to perform the composition, On a Wire by Pulitzer Prize winning composer, Jennifer Higdon. The concert concludes with Beethoven’s powerful Symphony No. 7.
