It’s been a rainy campout for Big Blue Nation for 2015 tickets to Big Blue Madness.
If you thought last year’s Big Blue Madness Campout outside Memorial Coliseum was wild and over-the-top, think again.
In yet another example of how passionate the fan base is and just how fanatical they are about their Cats, fans camped out days in advance to get a spot to yes, campout more and get a free ticket to Big Blue Madness.
Pictures don’t do it justice! Hundreds here for Big Blue Madness tix! The mad dash is minutes away at 5! pic.twitter.com/FLoKy8cXOX

Within three hours, camping space reached capacity and tent city status was achieved.
As of 9 a.m., approximately 585 tents had been set up. Space was limited this year because of ongoing campus construction.

Even torrential rain couldn’t stop the fans.

And here’s a little more weirdness.

This year’s BBM Campout also had a live broadcast show, Tent City Live. Coach Cal, the players and Matt Jones all made guest appearances.
Yet again, only at Kentucky. A live show from a tent campout for FREE tickets to a practice! You people are crazy. http://t.co/DvKdLugaFY

The players also became pizza delivery men for the night.
