The Raven 10K, Raven Run

The inaugural Raven 10K trail run is Sunday, October 4 at 10 a.m. at the Raven Run Nature Sanctuary.

“Join us for The Raven 10K, the inaugural 10 kilometer trail run through Raven Run Nature Sanctuary.  Participants need to contend with grassy meadows, hard-packed dirt, and natural trails consisting of mud, rocks, roots, ruts, walnuts, buckeyes, wet leaves and very narrow stretches. Enough variety and elevation changes to challenge everyone; not to mention the unique experience of wildlife roaming within reach of the runners.  Proceeds from the race will go towards a grant system to be used by city schools to offset the costs of transporting kids to the park.”
