Trombone Shorty, UK Singletary Center

On Friday, September 12, 2014, at 7:30 pm, the Singletary Center for the Arts presents Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue. Trombone Shorty and his ensemble, Orleans Avenue, have toured across five continents and were nominated for a Grammy for “Backatown,” off their debut album. Their style of music, dubbed “Supafunkrock,” is a mix of rock, funk, jazz, hip-hop, and soul.
