On Saturday, September 20, a Centennial Celebration recognized one hundred years of music at the Kentucky Governor’s Mansion. The nonpartisan event featured the University of Kentucky College of Fine Arts and UK Opera Theatre. The goal of the event was to raise one million dollars for an endowment aimed at proper upkeep of the “people’s house.”
