Mayor Jim Newberry is planning a “Mayor’s Night In†from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, November 12, in his office at the Government Center, 200 E. Main St.
The Mayor says: “Mayor’s Night In is an opportunity for me to meet one-on-one with citizens and discuss issues that concern them, or hear their ideas for our city.”
“Mayor’s Night In†sessions are held quarterly at city hall. “Mayor’s Night Out†sessions are held at various sites around the community.
Citizens meet with the Mayor in the order they arrive and check in at the Government Center.
Joining the mayor will be city administrative officials.
